STEM Girls

My Let’s Do Launch pre-engineering awareness program for girls as well as my involvement with Oakton Community College’s STEM Girls Rock, the Midwest Girls Collaborative Project, and an upcoming STEM program for girls I will be participating in in February made me realize that STEM girls should have a place right here on the site.

I will be posting pictures from our 2011 NASA Minority Student Education Forum trip that gave thirty girls and opportunity to spend two fabulous days learning about NASA, STEM careers, and meeting great people who have changed the face of STEM and opened the doors for the next generation of explorers.
